Pegasus Knight

I got the Pegasus finished with two days to spare. I don't normally time how long it takes for me to paint a mini however after getting the wings painted everything else was done while I listened to the long shoe by Bob Mortimer. The book is 7.5 hours long so probably about 10 hours all in.

Warhammer Pegasus Knight painted miniature flying cavalry wings spread scenic base purple heraldry

I kept him fairly simple going with stripes on the barding rather than something more fancy. The sword was meant to look magical although I really should have made the colours lighter maybe even going up to white but for the time and effort I think it turned out alright.

The made to order orcs also arrived so now I have to decide on what I want to paint next. I was going to do wolves of the sea and although there will be more orcs to paint they should be quite quick to do. It might be a better idea to move away from army painting for a bit and finish some fun minis before all that though I have a birthday turtle to paint up.

Thanks for reading.

    1. That's a deepkin model I got for my birthday rather than a turtle that likes to party.
