The greatest unit ever made.

  I'll accept that this is only my opinion but this is the greatest unit ever made. I love everything about it. The worst part is the Arabic helmets although coupled with the standard bearers Babylonian beard these guys are clearly the precursor to big hat chaos dwarfs.

I was a little worried they would get lost on the bigger bases but in true ranger style they fit perfectly. I wanted to keep the bases simple and quiet close to how they were before. My main concern was how the flowers would look. I'd tried using every colour I had which was a bit too much so cut it down to white and pink. Not very dwarf like colours but the don't draw too much attention either, I also added some orange and brown leaves to mix it up a little. Should be easy enough to reproduce through out the army.

And that's the first unit of my army done. The next one should be the great weapon unit but I'll need to get working on the banner something I'm not looking forward to. Hopefully I'll find something on line to help me out.
